Abstract: This study adopts a holistic and systematic perspective to construct a theoretical framework for the supply system of wellness tourism destinations. Based on a review of domestic and international research on wellness tourism supply, this paper summarizes the core components of the supply system and proposes the four-dimensional integrated model of Nature-Culture-Sports-Longevity (NCLS). The connotation of the NCLS model can be illustrated through the practice of Anhui Province: high-quality natural ecosystems provide the material foundation for wellness tourism development; Huizhou culture endows tourism products with profound cultural connotations and spiritual experiences; longevity-oriented wellness resources form differentiated competitiveness and attract tourists seeking health preservation; and diverse sports activities further enhance the effectiveness of wellness, promoting the physical and psychological coordination of tourists. The four dimensions interact synergistically and organically, jointly forming a destination supply system centered on comprehensive wellness experiences. This study addresses the limitations of existing research that often focus on single factors and overemphasize the demand side. It establishes a wellness tourism supply system more suitable for China’s local context, and can provide theoretical references and practical insights for the supply-side reform of wellness tourism destinations.

Abstract: Amid the global shift towards innovation-driven development, this paper investigates the role of technology transfer in promoting green innovation. With increasing attention to sustainability and environmental protection, green innovation has become a key driver of long-term economic growth. This study examines the impact of the National Technology Transfer Center (NTTC) on urban green innovation in China. Using a panel dataset covering 283 cities from 2010 to 2021, we apply a multi-period difference-in-differences approach to evaluate the causal effect of NTTC establishment. The results show that NTTC significantly enhances urban green innovation, as reflected in the number of green patent applications and the adoption of environmentally friendly technologies. These findings provide empirical evidence that technology transfer institutions can effectively facilitate the diffusion and application of advanced green technologies, supporting sustainable technological development.This study contributes to the literature by linking institutional mechanisms directly to urban green innovation and providing micro-level evidence for evaluating innovation policy. The findings also have important policy implications, suggesting that governments can promote green development by establishing and strengthening technology transfer platforms to accelerate the adoption of green technologies. Overall, the paper offers insights for integrating technology transfer into strategies for sustainable growth, supporting both economic development and environmental objectives.

Abstract: Tilapia farming in Thailand faces critical challenges, including high mortality rates from water quality shock (20% production loss) and limited monthly farmer incomes of 2,700-9,100 Baht. This study evaluated the economic performance of a closed-system tilapia farming control device and user satisfaction among small-scale farmers. The objective was to assess whether adoption is associated with reduced production time and operating costs. Data were collected from 20 members of the Ban Pla Fish Farming Cooperative in Phayao Province who implemented the closed-system tilapia farming control device. Data collection utilized structured questionnaires covering satisfaction levels, operational performance, and financial outcomes, with analysis employing descriptive statistics and economic cost-effectiveness analysis. Based on the results of this study, the closed-system tilapia farming control device demonstrated exceptional performance across all evaluation categories. User satisfaction reached very high levels, with system functionality receiving the highest ratings. Technology achieved significant operational improvements: cultivation cycles reduced from 180 to 150 days (16.7% improvement), labor requirements decreased from 3 to 1 worker per pond (66.7% reduction), and aerator usage declined from 7 to 5 hours daily (28.6% reduction). Most critically, during the study period, the system eliminated fish mortality from water quality shock entirely. Economic performance analysis showed strong investment viability with Net Present Value of 747,975 Baht, Internal Rate of Return of 40.05%, and 2-year payback period. The closed-system tilapia farming control device represents a transformative solution for modernizing Thailand's tilapia sector through accessible technological innovation.

Abstract: As an important institutional innovation to alleviate the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), supply chain finance (SCF) has attracted increasing attention for its potential to improve firms’ internal capital turnover efficiency. Using a panel dataset of Chinese A-share listed companies from 2000 to 2024, this study employs a two-way fixed-effects model to systematically examine the impact of SCF on SMEs’ working capital efficiency, as measured by the cash conversion cycle (CCC).The empirical results indicate that participation in SCF significantly shortens the cash conversion cycle, thereby enhancing firms’ working capital efficiency. This finding remains robust after a series of robustness checks, including alternative variable specifications and endogeneity tests. Further mechanism analysis reveals that SCF improves working capital efficiency primarily through two channels: alleviating financing constraints and reducing financing costs, which enable firms to optimize their capital allocation and operational processes.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the positive effects of SCF are more pronounced in private enterprises and smaller firms, which typically face greater financing frictions compared to state-owned or larger enterprises. These findings highlight the differential impact of SCF across firm characteristics and emphasize its role in promoting inclusive financial development. Overall, this study provides new empirical evidence on the economic consequences of SCF and offers important policy implications for optimizing supply chain finance systems and supporting the sustainable development of SMEs.

Abstract: This study investigates how real-time interaction in live streaming environments drives users’ community commitment from a social affordance perspective. Drawing on Social Exchange Theory and the affordance perspective, a structural model is developed to explain how real-time interactivity facilitates parasocial interaction, promotes vicarious learning and knowledge adoption, and generates perceived benefits that ultimately lead to community commitment. Using survey data collected from 451 users of the Douyin platform and analyzed through structural equation modeling, the results provide empirical support for the proposed relationships. The findings indicate that real-time interactivity significantly enhances parasocial interaction between users and streamers, which in turn promotes both vicarious learning and knowledge adoption. These cognitive processes further generate perceived benefits, specifically hedonic benefit and self-esteem benefit, both of which positively influence users’ community commitment. Notably, self-esteem benefit shows a relatively stronger effect than hedonic benefit, indicating its greater importance in predicting sustained user engagement in live streaming communities. This study contributes to the literature by clarifying the mechanism through which social affordances are actualized in live streaming contexts and by integrating emotional and cognitive pathways to explain user commitment. It also extends prior research by positioning parasocial interaction as a key mediating mechanism linking interactive features and user outcomes. From a practical perspective, the findings provide insights for platform designers and content creators on how to enhance interactive features and develop engagement strategies that foster long-term community participation.

Abstract: The current study investigates the factors which determine the usage of e-payments in Gangtok district, Sikkim, which is an emerging urban economy in India. By incorporating the concept of trust into TAM (Technology Acceptance Model), this research aims to find out whether perceived usability, perceived utility and trust can affect users' behavioural intentions to utilize e-payment services. Data were gathered through a survey questionnaire distributed among 384 participants selected randomly through stratification in order to represent different demographics and occupations. To examine the relationships proposed in the hypotheses, structural equation modelling (SEM) was used. All five hypotheses (H1-H5) have been found to be statistically significant. Therefore, these results confirm that trust will positively affect the perceptions of usability and utility; and therefore, is a very important precursor in the process of adopting digital payments. Perceived usability has a positive and significant impact on perceptions of usability and on behavioural intent. Additionally, there is a strong positive correlation between perceptions of utility and users' intentions to adopt e-payment services, while also being a partial mediator between perceptions of usability and users' intentions to adopt e-payment services. The research highlights that in semi-urban and emerging urban environments, usability, perceived benefits, and trust, are major determinants of the utilization of electronic payment services. In terms of policy recommendations, this study suggests that governments should provide support for the development of digital infrastructure, increase financial education, encourage public awareness about how to protect against security threats and fraud prevention, as well as create user friendly interfaces for digital payment services to enhance the rate of adoption.
